Very professional, efficient and caring staff. They did a great job repairing my car, communicating with me, and with the third party insurance involved in payment. I was so happy they gave me a Tesla rental while mine was in the shop. Keep up the good work.

I would like to say first that the atmosphere was immaculate. Walking into their facility made me forget that my my car was there to be repaired. The staff there ere phenomenal, resourceful, friendly, and made me feel like I was one of their own. The front desk crew were terrific! Excellent with communicating what would be done and how long it would take. They worked directly with insurance to get the job done right. Had flawed paint on the hood from the factory which TotalRecon repainted and it’s flawless!
